PinkAgency founder Miikka Poutiainen has been working almost twenty years as creative mastermind in number of audiovisual, visual and digital media related projects. He has strong understanding and practical knowledge of audiovisual storytelling, digital business and marketing. At the moment he is working as creative director, filmmaker and producer at PinkAgency.

In the past he has been working in established creative companies in Helsinki, Finland. During the office years many of the clients have been big well-known companies and brands in Finland. He has also a lot of experience about startup world.

He has been involved in founding digital media related companies. He is e.g. co-founder of the Invesdor.com which is the first and leading open equity-based crowdfunding platform in Northern Europe. Miikka holds the Master of Arts degree from University of Art and Design Helsinki (currently Aalto University).

Visual story telling, documentary work, filmmaking, media arts, photography and contemporary arts are his passion. Aesthetics, functional design, meaningful disharmony and breaking the old barriers keep him going and satisfied. He also enjoys about travelling and cottage improvement. Working in creative industry is for him more than just a work. It’s more like breathing, it's his life, the way of living.
